7543.33 is shown as net employment income and as self employment income so amount is duplicated

The amount might be shown multiple times as long as it is no doubled. There are few subtotal lines so you need to ensure that on the summary or printed version Taxable amount on line  26000 is the right amount and self employment is not doubled .
