So my "Professional Fees" include the income already accounted for on my T4-A, or only the additional self-employed income not already included on my T4-A?

If you have entered Self-Employment income on a T4A, then it should automatically appear on the “What was your self-employment or business income?” page (you may need to scroll down). You don’t need to include that amount again in your Professional Fees.
