Not sure if this is the place to ask.....
I have been a user of TurboTax for many years up to and including 2019. The software that was used was the TurboTax Standard. I have not received the usual email indicating its availability and request for payment. I no longer have access to the email used by the company in past years.
It appears from my search of the website that this process may have changed. May I be provided with the new options and process.
