Statement or world income

"Complete this section if you were a non-resident or a deemed non-resident of Canada for all of 2017, including non-residents and deemed non-residents electing under section 216.1 or section 217 of the Income Tax Act.
Select the situation that applies to you:"

When I was in Canada I was a deemed resident but I moved out in June. On 31st December I was a non-resident. What should I choose then?
deemed resident or
non-resident?

If you are unsure of your residency status, you will need to contact the CRA and confirm: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647704

I am sure of my residency status. the thing is my status changed in 2017 so I am not sure what should I select: status from 31st December 2017? status that I had when I was working in Canada? It is not clear.

It would be your status on December 31st 2017.
