What does BOX 135 cover on my T4A Slip

Box 135 is for premiums you have paid for a private health services plan.  This amount will be included in your medical expenses.

It sounds fine but I claim all medical expenses on my wife's return

As your spouse is claiming the medical expenses...when you enter your info from your T4A, leave the amount for Box 135 blank.  When your spouse completes their return, they will enter this amount as an eligible medical expense for premiums paid to a private health services plan.
