T4 not found in ARC web site

When fetching my T4 from ARC web site, nothing has been found beside a T5. Is it too early ? Is there a date when the T4 is available ? I did not get it from my work too.

All employers were required to have sent out T4 slips by February 28th.  I recommend contacting your employer to check on the status.

I got my T4/RL1 from my employer 2 weeks ago and was able to import the RL1 into turbotax from Revenu Quebec however it is not available from the Revenu Canada. Are you aware of delay from the ARC ?
