My mastercard wad debited $34.49 twice on Jan 10/16.  please refund one.

I was charged Apr 6/18 for $39.54 to download but it downloaded a Microsoft version which I couldn't use, I needed a Mac version.
I then went to the online version and was Charged $36.14.
The first charge should be credited back to me.
I completed my tax return on the online version.

Hi,

I've been charge twice with my 2019 Tax return. At first, I filed to Netfile was not available but I did paid the Standard  then  when I filed my Tax on February 24,2020 it charged me again. I need my refund.

I was billed twice to my credit card For the same service. That was yesterday.  When will I get it returned to my credit card.
