The amount in box 85 is less than what I paid for health care. Can I claim the rest?

The amount in box 85 on my T4 is less than half of what I paid for private health care in 2018.  (Example: paid $2200 in 2018 and box 85 only has $1000 listed).  Can I claim the difference as a medical expense (Example: $1200)?

If you have Medical expense, including insurance premiums, that are eligible, not paid for by another party, and for which you have receipts, then you can claim them.
