The Smart Tips, is listing the CCB under each parent. Are they both getting this payment or is it just 1 parent?

When I explore the Smart Tips for each of the married persons in the return, they both have the amount of payout regarding the CCB.  Are both parent receiving this payout?

Only one parent is paid the amount at any given time and generally the mother receives the monthly deposit.
