I have aT5 that is in my brothers and My name. I also have one with my husbands name on it too. Do we both claim?

I have a T5 that is in my name and my brothers name? Do I claim half of it? There is also a T5 with my husbands name on it.

The T5's should be split 50/50 between the two recipients.
