There are five Box 105s on the T4A. My slip doesn't give a description. Which box do I use?

I attended college f/t and received some grant money.

The box 105 from a T4A would be your grant money or any scholarships and such. This amount is exempt completely if you were a full-time student in 2016 and could claim the education amount. 

So do not include this amount.
