Can you please clarify what it says next to the charge on your credit card?
The transaction description is INTUIT CANADA ULC, Edmonton, AB

I also have a charge for $381.57 on my visa from "Intuit Canada ULC Edmonton" on February 19, 2024. I have used the 'look up a charge' feature and it says the charge is not found. I cannot find any record or receipt for such a charge. I'd appreciate some clarification please.
@laura_olad There isn't any amount shown for that date for TurboTax? Do you use any other Intuit products, like QuickBooks?
Yes I have Quickbooks, and that charge is on my VISA correctly for February. My Quickbooks subscription comes on my statement as "INTUIT QBooks online [phone number removed]"
I have not used any other Intuit products. This unknown charge, like other's in this thread is from "Intuit Canada ULC Edmonton"
It seems several other people here have found resolution through this message board so I'm hoping for the same!

@laura_olad Unfortunately, we don't see any charges for that date. Please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608 as they will be better able to assist you.
Thanks for looking. I see others in this thread have had a similar charge - is "Intuit Canada ULC Edmonton" a legitimate billing name for an Intuit product?
I figured it out. The charge is from Mailchimp. Every statement the charge comes from "Intuit Mailchimp" but randomly in February it came from "Intuit Canada ULC Edmonton"
Annoying, but mystery solved.
