They system ask me to paid 99 for assist and review, I do it by myself why I have to pay 99?

It sounds like you chose to prepare your return in our TurboTax Live Assist & Review edition. If you'd prefer not use the option to have an expert review your return before you file, you'll need to start a new return in a different edition.
