To use Turbotax premium must it be downloaded to ONE computer or can I access from any computer? My computer will not allow downloads.

If you use TurboTax Premier Online, then there is nothing to download. The software runs on our secure servers, and you access it through your browser. You can log in to here: Sign In to TurboTax Online 2021
