Tried to make the payment, but it kept showing an error message. I stopped trying. But I was still charged CAD22.6. I have not submitted to CRA. Please cancel and refund

Our records show that you were charged $0 for TurboTax Free Online 2025 on February 22nd, 2026. I don't see any other order under this email.

Please be aware that the TurboTax Online version is not refundable. We don't charge for filing. You pay for the preparation of your tax return, and Netfile is not open until February 23rd, 2025.

I'm not sure what happened, and I did not receive any confirmation email regarding the payment. But the 22.6 charge is still pending on my card.

 

I would appreciate it if you could look into this.

The charge will not be reflected on our end because it is marked as pending. As I mentioned earlier, I can only see one order for TurboTax Online free, which is $0. You didn't receive any email, as it was not processed on our end. Pending charges usually get dropped off (especially as I can see the charges are showing as  "-" and "+") after a few days.

 

You may also contact your bank to confirm. This isn't a posted payment yet.
