Trying to install and open turbotax standard. nothing happens. now what?

how does it open?

Please use our link to download your 2023 TurboTax Desktop/Download software. Choose the version you have already purchased and use the license code you already have.

I open the link, in the page,  pick the standard , but no respond. Others no respond too.
