Trying to open my daughters return. But Return Manager screen is shaded and I can't access it. Solution?

Hello,
Can you tell me what Internet Browser you are using?
Please try clearing your internet browser history or using Firefox - a few other customers have reported this and trying either of these methods seems to resolve the issue.
