TT uses unfair bsnss practice by stoping clients from dwnldng *.ttyr file Unhappy with 22 on line. Can't use 22 data w/23 CD version. Can't easily switch to other s/w

I was unhappy with on-line experience.  Went back to CD but it meant no transfer of 22 data.  Very upsetting.  Now want to explore other tax for 2024 but realise TT is intentionally making that difficult.  Does it not qualify as unfair trade practice?
