TT2021 - get error Microsoft Visual C 2015x86 and cannot proceed with installation of downloaded software.

In the past (TT2019 and 2020), you could proceed with the installation despite this error, with 2021 it cancels it.  The Microsoft file requested is 6 years old and has been superseded by multiple files.  The software cannot be downgraded to accomodate this.

I did and the response was that this is a Microsoft issue not a Turbotax issue.  They offered me to use the on-line software as the solution.  I am looking to see if someone actually has been able to address this issue and still use the standalone software.
