Are you using the CD? If so, please try reinstalling TurboTax using the download from our website. You can download the current version of TurboTax CD/download edition here: Choose the 2023 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).

I am using the download version and not the CD. I thought maybe there was a driver or something that might be preventing from starting.
FYI, I have the 2022 version installed and it still works fine.

If you haven't already, please try rebooting your PC.
You can also try running TurboTax as an Administrator. And check that there is no anti-virus/security software that is blocking the program.
I have installed the CD that I purchased. I have selected start a new form. I have the option to click "continue" and choose Ontario until I get to the screen where it shows "Introduction". The program is then there is NO box to continue and the options on the left side are pale and will not respond. Why in the hell are there issues every year for the past three years.
