If you used TurboTax Online, sign in to TurboTax Online for the tax year 2018 here: https://ww1.2018.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/.  If you used TurboTax CD/Download and you saved it on your computer you can simply go to the Start button on the bottom left of your screen and click on Start and you will see a small search bar - type in .tt18 and you will find it there.  If you did not save it, unfortunately, there is not a way to access it

If you used TurboTax Free last year and did not opt to get "Plus" Then it will not save your income tax return. You will only have the PDF that you saved.

If CRA said they haven't received it, you may need to complete a new 2018 return. You can log back into your Online account and start again. .Once at the end and you need to file - Here is what you need to do

Also please note that the CRA NetFile opens on February 24, 2020.

Your PDF should show you the amounts needed by CRA. You can also log into your CRA "MY ACCOUNT" to retrieve the information.
