I am using TurboImpôt Canada online and have tried multiple times to import my data, but the website never recognizes that I am successfully connected to l’ARC.
Below are the steps I take, but please note—as mentioned in the image—the first attempt to connect to l’ARC never works, even though I can confirm that my username and password are correct. I always have to try a second time, and only then am I able to log in successfully. However, the site does not seem to recognize that the second attempt has worked.
We suggest clearing cookies 'n cache and trying a different browser. You can also try using a different device and make sure that your internet connection is stable.

I tried using Edge, Chrome, and even Chrome in Incognito mode (which runs without cookies).
I also attempted to log in through the iOS app, but every single option reacts the same way. The first login attempt always results in Err.021. When I try again, the login works, but the TurboTax app doesn’t seem to recognize that I’m logged in, so it never downloads my data.
