TurboTax deleted a return by accident. I need to contact my expert to recover some files. How do I do that?

Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

If you're using a TurboTax Live product, you can select Live Help or Expert Help to connect with a TurboTax specialist when in your return.

 

If that's the return that is missing, then please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608 as they will be better able to assist you.

The return is deleted and I therefore lost contact with my expert. There is no option of using Live or expert help in that regard or anywhere else on the website that I can see. I already had 6 calls with TurboTax support lines and am being forwarded from one department to another without resolution. My frustration is beyond description.

Please make sure that you sign into TurboTax in the proper year of the return you completed with TurboTax Live. If the return has been filed you should be able to go to view all tax return to view your T1 general.

Documents and forms were submitted to CRA by the expert as part of audit defense. They are not listed in the T1 list. And, yes, I am logged into the correct year.

Hi,

An expert from Turbotax guided me to get a full of T1 copy, he told me to delete my return and after he gave a phone to call IT support. All has not working. How can I solve ? Please help me because the first time I experienced this.
