That is typical. Last year it cost me $25 plus tax for each return so a family of four was $100 and the 2 children didn’t have income or abnormal deductions.
unfortunately with the AI moderators you can’t find out if the price will go up this year.
I finally tried to start a new return and then the software worked. I am very disappointed in Turbotax. I will consider a different software next year.

Certain claims/expenses were transferred to the appropriate edition. TurboTax is better able to guide our customers through the filing process, ensuring that no credits or deductions are missed.
