porcessed two tax returns on a chromebook
one was fine paid printed printed got receipts
the second one paid processed got recipts etc but unable to print a back up still looking for payment

calling the help center does not work unable to get anyone to answer just kicks you out after you answer the first question try again and same thing time after time day after day. The only response is if you call the us support they will answer but can not help
