Unable to sign in

I am attempting to sign in to start my tax return for this year but the sign in button just greys out and nothing happens. I know I am using the correct user name and password as I have used it to sign in here. Also, when I try to recover my user ID, the Continue button on that page also just greys out and nothing happens. Any ideas?
