I am helping someone that isn't great online, so I would like a copy of the questions being asked to ask them offline....is this possible?

Person also like needs to collect information, so stop-start of having to answer questions as we come across them will also be problematic.

Unfortunately, because the pages which are displayed are a direct result of the information you have entered, so this is not possible. 

The desktop software allows you to work offline, in EasyStep, but the format is the same. Information you enter will affect where you are directed in the interview.
