    I can not open document on my download.On my iMac message say. doc writer cannot open files in thealltypes format

    Unfortunately the 2017 TurboTax CD/Download version is only compatible with Windows products. However, TurboTax Online is compatible with Mac OS computers. 

    If you bought the CD/Download version but need the Online version instead, please get in touch with our phone support team for a refund. https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3152013
