Visual c++ 2015 - turbotax 2018 fails & says it needs visual c++2015. it will not go further and install. have c++2015 (x86) in my programs in windows 10. pleaseadvise?

Turbotax 2018 Standard installation fails but c++ 2015 (x86) program is there. please help
