Was paid by check, no taxes etc deducted, at 50% comission of what she was charging for my manicure services, after i took 13% off "for tax". how can i file this?

It sounds like you were considered self-employed- When you complete your return and get to your profile section be sure to check off - Self-employed - commission based. Self-employment income and expenses are recorded on the form T2125 Statement of Business Activities.
