We bought donor eggs that originated from the states but paid the parent company in Canada (Hamilton, ON) who oversaw the process. Can we deduct the cost of the eggs?

As per CRA - In vitro fertility program – You can claim as medical expenses the amount paid to a medical practitioner or a public or licensed private hospital, not including donations to a sperm bank.

Fertility-related procedures – amounts paid to a medical practitioner or a public or licensed private hospital to conceive a child. Generally, amounts paid for a surrogate mother are not eligible.
