What to do if I have more than one T4 from different employers?

I am in doubt if I should add both or if I should pick one to claim.

It is important to enter both T4s and this is the income you earned during the year.  After entering the first T4 you have the option to enter another T4.  Once you choose that option you can fill in the information from the second T4.  CRA will already have copies of both T4s and will check your return to see that it matches their information.
