When I attempt to copy data from my 2017 return the browse window shows no documents found, however there are *.ttbk douments in the folder I selected.

When I attempt to copy data from my 2017 return the browse windo shows no documents found, however there are *.ttbk douments in the folder I selected.

It was suggested that I create a copy of the file with a .tt17 extension however my browser window flagged it as a duplicate and renamed the file from Mary to Mary(2).tt17.

I have never had this problem in past years and those files all had the extension .ttbk

I am expecting an answer from Intuit because this is an obvious bug in the program.

Some times a simple reboot can solve a lot of problems. Glad it is working for you now.

I just reopened TurboTax, and now it accepted the .ttbk files.  Problem resolved, but I don't know how..
