When I log in the system says it looks like I'm on a US site even though I have never used a US form. I have to manually switch to a Canadian site. Why?

The US might be in your browser history somewhere. 

 

Make sure to bookmark https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software and use that when you want to login to TurboTax.
