It says I can't proceed because one or more forms are unavailable

I am not able transmit my returns also. All the files that apparently aren`t up to date with Canada Revenu Agency don`t apply to me. Strangely I was able to transmit my wife`s returns but it won`t allow mine. Very frustrating.
Seeing I cannot send my returns using TurboTax can I ask for a refund and I`ll simply buy different program which apparently work well.
