When you use TurboTax online all you get is the PDF copy and once saved you get all the information required. If you want to see the details of your T4 and you used TurboTax online you would need to open that specific return and go to Income-T-Slips- then open your T4 page to see the one you claimed.
You can also go to CRA "my account" once signed in you will choose the year of the T-Slips you'd like to see and you would have the correct information.
