Where do I claim fees charged by a tax consultant for my personal return for 2016?

Last year on my 2016 return I needed to get a tax consultant to help me and I had to pay a fee for the services. Can I claim these fees on my 2017 return and if so where do I claim it?

Unfortunately, tax preparation fees are not tax deductible, except for a couple of exceptions:
