Where do I declare the income tax I paid from all sources

It does not say where to enter income tax deducted from all sources for federal or provincial.

Very unclear instructions.........

Your income tax is reported from the tax slips you enter on your tax return. 

Different slips may have different box numbers for the tax withheld, but the most common is a T4 slip which shows the tax in Box 22.
