Where do I enter employment expense for police information check required by my employer?

If it was a necessary factor in operating the business, it could be viewed as a business expense similar to license fees, etc. Be sure to keep the receipt in case CRA does ask to see it. This could go under any administration fees.

I am not asking if it is an expense, I am asking where in the program I can enter it.  Everything that I see related to employment expenses is specific to working from home.  

If you never received a T2200 then you will not be able to claim this.
