Where do I enter money paid to subcontractors in self-employment income section?

Income paid to Subcontractors is entered under Inventory section. 

You will go to Self-Employment then employment Intro- continue until you get to the page "your self-employment or business summary"- and click on Edit. You will then continue until you see Inventory Section and click on "YES" then you will see below where to enter your Subcontractors income.
