Both of these expenses should be entered in the Medical expenses section of your return. Expenses related to children under 18 can be claimed in the same way you would claim your own medical expenses. If the adult you're supporting is over 18, enter the expenses in the Medical Expense For Other Dependants section of the medical expenses.
