Why can't we access our 2016 returns? I need a copy of it for my ex-spouse who needs to file but can't find it anywhere.... I need to see it???
TurboTax Online 2016 is no longer available, and we didn’t offer long term storage of returns (Tax return access) until 2017.
If you have a CRA My Account login, you can get your tax returns for 2016 or other years from there. This is the login page: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/account-individuals.html
