Where do I find form T1212, Deferred Stock Option Benefit? TurboTax keeps going straight to a T4. I didn't work.

To enter a T1212 in TurboTax Online, click on Find (magnifying glass) in the top right-hand corner. Type "def" in the box, then select "Deferred Stock Option Benefits" from the list and click “Go”.
