Where do I go to see line 101, 104, etc of my return? How do I find this?

If you are using TurboTax Online, you can access the detailed tax summary from the drop-down arrow under the refund or balance due amount:

 

If you are using TurboTax Desktop/Download, you need to switch to "Froms" view first from the top blue bar, then search for the T1-General form:
