Where do I put census taker pay?

I'm to act as an independent contractor but a T4A will not be issued

Answer yes to  "Self-employed" "Other business"

You will be prompted to enter your income and expenses. Don't forget to include the per km rate as a reimbursement. (I did census in 2011)
