Is a Guaranteed Income Supplement payment taxable income? If yes, where does a payment in 2014 get entered?

Where does a Guaranteed Income Supplement payment get entered?

The GIS must be entered from box 21 of your T4A(OAS) into the corresponding box of your T4A(OAS) entry page in Turbotax ...don't use a T4A entry..
It is included in Total Income but then deducted so is not part of your Net or Taxable Income.
