Where/how do I claim amount in BOX 11on T4A?

Box 11 is located on the T5 slip Investment Income

Box 11 is Taxable Amount of Non-Eligible Dividends

Steps to enter information in Box 11

1. Sign in to your tax return
2. On the left-hand side of your tax return click on the Income tab
3. Click the T-Slips tab
4. Select the T5 Investment Income tab
5. Now click Enter New T5 for *your name*
6. Enter your information in Box 11 Taxable amount of non-eligible dividends
7. Once finished click Done with T5 to save your information
