Where is ny account i cannot find it it is not in upper right corner?

My Account & Returns is on the upper left, under the TurboTax logo.

I cannot find my account in the upper left hand corner it does not match the options that they give me what do I do I didn't with you you should have it please help me I've been on the phone with you guys for 3 hours and you keep hanging up on me I'm getting frustrated now please help me I will gladly appreciate it
