You do not have to use the Premium version of TurboTax to add any of the tax slips you have mentioned.
You can use any version to prepare all returns, even Free. If you start with a lower version and take a "test drive", then if you feel you would like more guidance, you can always upgrade and your information will carry over to the upgraded version. (Just remember you cannot "downgrade" back to a lower version).
