Why am I getting this msg when trying to pay: "Unfortunately, coupons can only be applied to the price of returns, not attachments."

Why am I getting this msg when trying to pay: "Unfortunately, coupons can only be applied to the price of returns, not attachments."

Did you add the Plus bundle or Audit Defence to your return? Pre-payment codes can't be used for these additional features.
